This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when you use Behavior Study Tools.
For App Store privacy disclosures, the main categories we collect are contact information, identifiers, study data, preferences, subscription and purchase history, and diagnostics. These categories may be linked to your account when needed to provide the service. They are not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
App data disclosure summary
Identifiers
We collect a user ID or authentication identifier so we can keep you signed in and connect your account to your study data and subscription status.
Study data
We collect study progress, question responses, session history, scores, and performance analytics so the app can save progress, personalize review, and show your results over time.
Preferences
We collect exam and study preferences, such as saved settings or target exam details, so the app can tailor your experience.
Purchases and subscriptions
We collect subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement records, and purchase history received through Apple, RevenueCat, and Supabase to activate paid features, restore purchases, and keep billing access in sync.
Diagnostics and logs
We collect device type, operating system, app version, crash data, performance diagnostics, IP address, and basic logs to secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Service providers and third parties
We share information only as needed to operate the app and related services.
- Supabase may process account details, authentication identifiers, study data, subscription records, and related infrastructure data for authentication, cloud storage, and hosting functions.
- RevenueCat may process subscription status, entitlement records, and transaction metadata for subscription management and purchase restoration.
- Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. We receive purchase and subscription status information needed to provide paid access. Apple handles payment processing for App Store purchases.
- If applicable, analytics, diagnostics, or customer support providers may process limited operational data needed to monitor reliability, investigate bugs, or respond to a support request you send us.
No sale and no advertising tracking
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising or ad measurement.
Other disclosures
- We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or service.
- If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain your account, keep required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Children's privacy
Behavior Study Tools is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
