Behavior Study Tools is an iOS mobile application and web platform that provides AI-powered BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) exam preparation materials, including:

Adaptive practice questions generated by artificial intelligence
Personalized study plans and analytics
Progress tracking and performance insights
Educational content related to behavior analysis

Mobile Application Terms

Our iOS app is available through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. By downloading our app, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions.

App Store Purchases

All purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. For billing questions, refunds, or subscription management, please contact Apple directly through your device settings or the App Store.

Subscription Services

Our Service offers subscription-based access to premium features:

Free Trial: New users may access a free trial period as specified in the app
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the current period ends
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings
Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple, as all payments are processed by them

User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEHAVIOR STUDY TOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EXAM FAILURE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
